Submitting Queries to John Fox, Jr., Library The fee for this service is $10.00 regardless of DAR or SAR membership and must be paid in advance. Please include as much information as possible when sending a query, for example, names, dates, and locations. Include any information you may presently have about the family you are researching. If sending by the Postal Service, please print and complete the attached Research Request Form and mail to the address shown below. If you are sending a preliminary query via e-mail, please include your full address and telephone number in your request so that the Library staff can contact you. Send queries to:
