Paris can be reached many ways:

  • From LOUISVILLE Take I-64 E toward Lexington, this becomes I -75/64, Take Exit 113, turn left onto N Broadway/Paris Pike (US 68E/US 27N) continue to follow US 68 E/US 27 N.  This becomes S Main Street. 
  • From LEXINGTON on I -75/64, take Exit 113, turn left onto N Broadway/Paris Pike (US 68E/US 27N) continue to follow US 68 E/US 27 N, which becomes, after 30 minutes, becomes S Main Street of Paris.
  • From CINCINNATI Take exit 126 to US-460 E and follow the signs for Paris.
  • From CYNTHIANA Take US-27 S. Turn right on US-460 at Paris beltline.
  • From WINCHESTER Take Rt. 627 N into Paris, turn right on 10th and Main.
  • From MT. STERLING and NORTH MIDDLETOWN take US-460 W to get to Paris.

Duncan Tavern is on High Street, which is one way going South. Main Street is one way going North. (Paris has a long main street for such a small town.) The easiest way to get to the tavern is to go down Main Street, getting in the left lane several streets before the court house, at either Sixth St. or Fifth St.) The left lane goes around the court house and begins High Street.

Duncan Tavern is next to the fire station, across the street from the court house. A parking lot is around back, indicated by a sign.

John Fox Jr. Library is on the ground floor of Duncan Tavern, accessible only from the rear of the building.
