HOW CHAPTER WAS NAMED

This is reflected in the Report of the Organizing Secretary General.
Robert Howson Hooe was a Revolutionary War officer in the Virginia Line. Hooe was born in Stafford County, Virginia, on November 22, 1748. After the end of the war, Hooe served as a magistrate of Prince William County, Virginia. He died at Prince William County, Virginia on October 13, 1833.
