HART CHAPTER
WINCHESTER, KENTUCKY
The Hart Chapter was named in honor of Colonel Thomas Hart and his sons, three of whom (David, Nathaniel, and Thomas, Junior) were proprietors of the Transylvania Purchase. Col. Thomas Hart was the ancestor of Mary Holloway Van Meter.
The Hart Chapter was organized April 18, 1908. The twelve charter members were:
